We are thrilled to present the Love Fund Campaign, a unique opportunity for compassionate individuals like you to make a lasting impact in the lives of orphans in need. By becoming a monthly donor to this fund, you will provide vital psychosocial support for our precious children, offering them the joy of celebrating their birthdays and granting them the opportunity to make heartfelt wishes & being rewarded for contributing to the household &/or showing extra love & compassion to others!
*One of the most exciting aspects of the Love Fund Campaign is the monthly birthday celebrations. After witnessing the joy and wonder on the faces of the children as we celebrated the birthdays of those born in June and July, we were moved to discover that many of these children had never experienced the joy of a birthday celebration before. With your monthly donation, we will ensure that each child receives a special birthday cake, honoring and celebrating every month of their lives. This simple gesture brings immeasurable joy to their lives and lets them know that they are cherished and loved.
*In addition to the monthly birthday celebrations, we have developed a Wish Box program. We were deeply touched when we received a thank-you note from one of the children, expressing their gratitude and sharing their limited possessions. This inspired us to create the Wish Box, where the children can express their hopes and dreams. Each month, we select ten wishes from the Wish Box and fulfill them. This program instills hope in the hearts of these children, reminding them that their dreams matter and that there are people who care deeply about their well-being.
*We are also excited to introduce the Treasure Box program as part of the Love Fund Campaign. This program aims to recognize and reward the children for their outstanding contributions as household members at our orphanage. Throughout the month, the children will earn gold stars for their exemplary behavior, such as being helpful, showing kindness to others, and fulfilling their responsibilities with exceptional dedication. At the end of each month, the child with the most gold stars will have the privilege of selecting a special gift from the Treasure Box. This initiative not only encourages positive behavior but also fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment among the children.
*Lastly, we have an activity-based program that focuses on scheduled arts and crafts projects. By providing the necessary materials, we aim to nurture the children’s creativity and imagination, allowing them to express themselves through various artistic endeavors. These projects will not only provide a source of entertainment and joy but also serve as valuable learning experiences that enhance their cognitive and motor skills. Arts & Crafts play a significant role in providing psychosocial support through self-expression & communication, emotional regulation, sense of achievement and self esteem, social connection & community building, coping with trauma, and a relaxing focus on creativity that can reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being.
